In this Episode, learn how to make a tasty and nutritious Vegetable Korma, a frequently made side dish. It has Vegetable and Cottage Cheese which makes it a wholesome dish. <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />- 2 Cups of Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Green Beans) <br />- 1/2 cup Cubed Paneer <br />- Oil <br />- Salt <br />- 1 Cup Tomato Puree <br />- 6 - 7 Cashew Nuts <br />- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds <br />- 1&1/2 tsp Coriander Powder <br />- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder <br />- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala <br /><br />Method: <br />- In a heated pan put 1 tbsp of oil & add salt vegetables and mix everything well. <br />- Add water to it and let it boil till all the vegetables get boiled properly. <br />- Meanwhile in a bowl pour tomato puree, tomato ketchup, and yogurt and batter the mixture. <br />- Take the vegetables out in a bowl when the water has dried out and the vegetables are nice & soft. <br />- In a heated pan pour some oil and add cumin seeds, till the cumin seeds splutter. <br />- Add Cashew Nuts and frew till brown <br />- Add the coriander and red chilly powder <br />- Add tomato puree and mix everything well <br />- Once the mixture starts boiling, add the fried vegetables and Paneer. Mix everything well <br />- Add a salt a little and garam masala to whole curry. <br />- Mix everything well and the vegetable korma is ready to be served
